When should I reserve?
Place your order as soon as you can, just to be safe. Have your credit card number ready at the time you reserve your rentals.


How does pricing work?
Most prices quoted are for one day. If you require items for an extended rental period, please call our office for prices. Even if items are not used while they are out, charges will still apply.


How and when do I pay?
Payment is due before rental items go out. Methods of payment are Cash, Visa, MasterCard.


Can I change or cancel items?
All final changes must be made 48 hours prior to delivery or pick-up. We strive to be accurate; allowing us advance notice of changes helps us to achieve this important goal. Failure to provide notice of cancellations will result in a cancellation charge.


What is my responsibility for merchandise return?
Tables and chairs should be taken down, stacked and placed in a secure area for pick-up. While china, silver, and glassware do not need to be washed, they should be placed back into their proper shipping containers. Linens should be shaken out and kept in a reasonably dry environment until pick-up. Damage to linens deemed to indicate misuse, such as cutting, burns, mildew or stains that cannot be removed, will result in replacement charges.


Is delivery available?
Delivery and pick-up service is available. Charges are based on distance, time and other factors which may present additional labour.


Do I need to be present to receive a delivery?
In the event that a customer wishes delivery without being present, we need to know the details in advance. Please discuss these with us when you place your order.


What can I expect when the truck arrives?

Delivery and pick-up are based on normal door-to-door service.

 

By what time will delivery be made?
Deliveries are made during regular business hours. While consideration will be given to customer requests, we can provide a "ballpark" time but cannot guarantee exactly when your delivery will arrive. Customers may call on the day of the event for the most up-to-date scheduling information.
