What happens if I have a missing or broken item when I return my order?

The return of rentals in their original condition is the responsibility of the client. A Damage Waiver is available (8% of your total rental order) for all rental transactions to protect you from any damage due to accidental breakage. The Damage Waiver does not apply to items that have been noticeably abused or neglected and does not cover the cost of lost items. Unreturned rental items will be billed to the client at replacement value. The Damage Waiver does not apply to any lounge furniture and any damages will be the full responsibility of the client. We know accidents happen, so we recommend accepting the Damage Waiver in your contract to protect you from any unexpected events.
