Showroom Appointment Protocol

• All guests must wear a face mask covering nose and mouth for entire duration of visit.

• All guests must thoroughly sanitize their hands before entering the showroom and again upon leaving.

• Maximum of 2 customers will be permitted in the showroom at any given time. All others will be asked to wait outside or in their cars.

• Please maintain 6’ distance between each other in the showroom.

• A Covid-19 questionnaire will be reviewed with everyone when making an appointment and again upon arrival to the showroom. Anyone answering YES to any of the questions will not be permitted access to the showroom.

• No touching is allowed of any rental or showroom item. If you wish to see something setup, a Higgins staff member will be happy to help you!

• Washrooms are closed for public use.

• If customers feel unwell or may have been exposed, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.

Higgins Event Rentals Covid-19 Questionnaire

1. Do you or anyone in your household have any of the following symptoms: difficulty breathing (e.g., struggling for each breath, speaking in single words), chest pain, sore throat, fever, confusion, extreme drowsiness or loss of consciousness?

2. Have you been in a setting in the last 14 days that has been identified by public health as a risk for acquiring COVID-19, such as on a flight, in a workplace with a cluster of cases, or at an event?

3. Are you a front-line worker? (medical, retail, etc.)

4. Do you live in a household with a front-line worker? (medical, retail, etc.)

5. Have you travelled outside of Ontario in the last 14 days?

6. Have you been tested for COVID-19? If so, when? What were the results?

7. Have you been exposed to someone carrying Covid-19?
