Tent creates a magical event space!

Guests at A Dinner in Gairloch Gardens a fundraiser for the Oakville Gallery found that a tent creates a magical event space. On Wednesday 4 September 2019 the events team from the Oakville Gallery and the talented team from Scout Events lead by Chef Charlotte Langley created a magical dining experience for the supporters of the Oakville Galleries.  Proceeds from A Dinner in Gairloch Gardens provide much-needed funds for accessible, high-quality educational and artistic programming in our community.

The tent a 40′ x 60′ Legacy Structure Tent with clear walls and sides was set up in the park near the gallery.  The event organizers chose used our   White Wash Harvest Tables paired with Cross Backed chairs, Capri Gold cutlery and Biscotti Cream Runner to created a simple elegant look in a light filled Legacy Clear Topped Structure Tent.  The event was the Oakville Gallery’s A Dinner in Gairloch Garden

A full kitchen was set up in a 20′ x 20′ tent set up to the north of the main tent.  The kitchen tent included two propane convection ovens, a 6 burner propane stove, deep fryer and refrigerators.  Power to run the whole event was provided by three battery packs from Hybrid Power Solutions

To accentuate the surroundings we used our Shadowbox Led Wireless Uplighting  to draw attention to the beautiful trees in the gardens.  The Shadowbox LED uplights are battery powered. They care controlled by an Ap on your smart phone or by remote controllers.
