HOW DO WE DO IT?
We work with the you the festival organizer, your vendors and your key stake holders to identify your needs, deliver them on time and on budget while treating everyone with integrity and respect.

1. PRE-EVENT PLANNING
We meet with you, the client, to fully determine the purpose of the event and scope of work involved. We conduct site inspections, taking detailed measurements of the function space if need be. We have the experience to ask the right questions to avoid challenges on event day!

2. INSTALLATION
Our experienced install team arrives on time and with all of the equipment and the team necessary to do a fast, effective install. We are used to working unusual hours to get things done. We work with your plan to ensure everything goes to plan.

3. AFTER INSTALL SUPPORT
Our 24/7 emergency line is manned by an after-hours dispatcher, who has the training and ability to mobilize on-call service technicians at a moment’s notice; whether for tents or rentals.

4. TEARDOWN
Our teams show up on time with fresh energy to help you wrap up after the big event. While teardown isn’t as glamorous as set up, it is vitally important. Our teams are fresh, focused and coordinated, they get the job done.

5. POST EVENT ANALYSIS
As standard operating procedure we conduct a ‘post mortem’ after each large-scale events with stakeholders and event organizers. We discuss what went right, what, if anything could be improved upon and what should be done differently going forward. Detailed minutes are maintained within the job file and are reviewed with event organizers during the planning stages of future events of a similar size and nature.
