1. Click on the art show or festival you will be attending on our website. You can find the list of shows under the “Shows” or “Events” section.

2. Browse through the available packages and select the one that suits your needs best. Once you’ve decided, click on the package and add it to your cart.

3. Proceed to the checkout page. Here, you will need to provide your customer information. Make sure to fill in all the required fields accurately. For the Venue Name, enter the name of the art show or festival you are participating in. If you have the address of the event location, please provide it.

IMPORTANT: In the Delivery Instructions section, it is crucial to include your booth number. This ensures that your order is delivered to the correct location within the event. Please double-check the accuracy of this information before submitting your request.

4. After filling in your customer information, click on “Submit Quote Request.” You will receive a quote via email within 24-48 hours. Take the time to review the details provided in the quote.

Once you are satisfied with the quote, click on the payment link provided in the email. This will redirect you to our secure payment portal.

5. Follow the instructions on the payment portal to submit your credit card details. Rest assured that our payment system is secure, protecting your sensitive information.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique reservation number. This confirms that your order has been processed and reserved for the specified dates and event.
