provides sanitizing services to Restaurants, Caterers, Homes, Offices using the UltraMist Fogging System and Ultra-Lyte, an all-natural, green, organic, non-toxic, non-irritant, that is environmentally and ecologically safe for sanitizing and disinfecting large areas.
The active ingredient is Hypochlorous Acid/Sodium Hypochlorite dispersed at 500 parts per million and has a pH of 6.5. It is a well-known and well noted biocidal agent, which is produced by the human body’s natural immune system to fight infection. It is also known as “Super-oxidized Water” or “Electrolyzed Water”. Method
Our trained Sanitization Technicians will start by spot cleaning of high-touch surfaces (Door Handles & Washroom Handles). They will then Fog from the back of the room to the front ensuring all surfaces are by travelling in a counter-clockwise path.
Rooms should be clean with all surfaces swept clear of dust and debris. Electronics and food should be covered.
The process is fairly quick 10 – 20 minutes for most locations. The mist dries very quickly, five minutes in most cases. It leaves a protective surface on items which is an effective barrier until the object is touched.
Unlike many other products Ultra-Lyte, an all-natural, green, organic, non-toxic, non-irritant, that is environmentally and ecologically safe and does not require our operators to wear head to toe protective gear. You will be able to come into your space right after we fog.

Our 5 Step Guide to Booking your Sanitizing Service

Call our office to book an appointment or add the fogging service to your rental order. You can find the event fogging service here: online catalogue. Our friendly sales reps will walk you through the process. They will ask you for the approximate square footage of the area you would like fogged. We recommend fogging all high traffic areas, washrooms, entryways and meeting rooms. Your sales rep will give you a quote for our services.

When you confirm your booking, your sales rep will schedule a time. While Ultra-Lyte, is an all-natural, green, organic, non-toxic, non-irritant, and it is an environmentally and ecologically safe sanitizing and disinfecting solution it is best for everyone if we fog when no one will be in the space. Before we arrive please make sure the area you would like fogged is clean and free of clutter. This is a sanitizing and disinfecting service for already clean areas. If you require a cleaning crew to come in and clean away dust, grease and other services we can arrange for a cleaning crew for an additional fee.

When our team arrives, they will do a quick walk-through of your space with you to identify the high touchpoints. One member of our team will spot clean the high touch points with the Ultra-Lyte Solution. The other member of the team will follow behind using the fogging machine.

Once the fogging is complete you can re-enter the space within 15 minutes. There will be no residual in the air and services will not need to be washed. You are able to continue back in business the way you were. Our team will provide you labels that will tell your customers your space has been sanitized.
